Our paper cutting methods
Punching
Perfect when you want consistent shapes in volume. We customise die-cutting tools to your dieline and deliver high-fit parts, ready for further processing or packing.
Kiss-cut/half-punch
We cut through the top layer but leave the liner intact. The parts are supplied on sheets or rolls - ideal for self-adhesive papers, labels, labelling and assembly aids.
Materials, formats and tolerances
- Material: Paper 80-350 g/m², cardboard up to approx. 1.5 mm, self-adhesive paper/liner, laminated paper/film layers, cardboard and corrugated board.
- Format: Sheet and roll; we customise the cut-outs according to the material and geometry.
- Tolerances: Typically ±0.2-0.5 mm depending on part size, fibre direction and material. If necessary, we review critical dimensions and lock tolerance plan before running.
- Edge quality: We optimise pressure, tooling geometry and support to minimise creasing and fibre tearing.
How we work - from idea to delivery
- Documents & advice - Send dieline (PDF/DXF), material and quantity. We suggest method (punch/digital) and packing.
- Tests & authorisation - For prototypes/new tools, we will produce samples for your approval.
- Series production - We produce with documented quality control and traceability.
- Delivery & logistics - Packing on sheets or rolls, labelling as required and delivery as agreed.
